Purpose / User

Realizing that they could protect themselves better as well as procure fruits more efficiently with these tools, the avian of Straephrob began developing stone knives by dropping stones and boulders from a significant height and retrieving the best shapes for their purposes.

Individuals commonly carried a favored knife in an artisan-made bag strapped around their center mass.

Inventor / Motivation

Stone tools, in general, became popular on Straephrob at the dawn of the Stone Age. No one inventor is credited with their invention, but the Curious of the Straephrob community are noted for their early adoption and adaptation of sharpened stones.
