Growing out of a demand for IndServ services that small and cash-poor businesses could afford, Budget Services began as an industrious enterprise by a three-person partnership of stolen-goods runners.
Recognizing that their services could be provided to a rather large segment of former and potential IndServ customers, Aromatic, Floral, and Grass changed business focus in favor of a more lucrative—and legal—endeavor.
Using their already-established network of questionable associates as well as a seemingly endless stream of down-on-their-luck employees, The organization now known as BudgetServ delivers all the products and services that IndServ does… but at a fraction of the price.
